I help people in transition find meaning
in their suffering — and cross into
the life they were always meant to live.

The problem isn't your effort.
It's that no one has taken you
to where the change actually lives — yet.

You are not alone in this

Every meaningful transition comes with a gapbetween who you were and who you're becoming.

01 The gap remains

Most people try to think their way across that gap. The therapy helps. The self-help books help. The morning routine, the meditation app, the course, the retreat — they all help.

  • Therapy
  • Self-help
  • Morning routine
  • Meditation app
  • Courses & retreats

But the gap remains.

02 Depth, not more effort

The crossing requires something different. Not more information, not more effort — but depth. Someone who can hold the whole of you through the passage:

the logic the longing the achievement the emptiness underneath the mind what the mind cannot reach
03 The quiet knowing

Maybe you've tried one thing. Maybe you've tried everything. Wherever you are in that journey, what brings people here is a feeling — quiet or insistent — that

the real answer lives somewhere none of those things have taken you yet.

That is what Karuna Coaching is for.

If any of this feels like yours

The hollow underneath

You have done everything right — the degrees, the discipline, the doing — and still feel a hollow underneath it all that nothing you have achieved has been able to touch.

Broken open

You are in the middle of something that broke you open — a loss, a heartbreak, a collapse — and for the first time in your life, you cannot think your way through it. Something in you knows this is asking for something deeper.

Beyond the outer answers

You have tried the outer answers. The therapy helped. The books helped. But you sense — quietly, persistently — that the real answer lives somewhere none of those tools have taken you yet.

Presence before solutions. Witness before strategy. Truth before transformation.

Presence before solutions.

Presence before solutions. Witness before strategy. Truth before transformation.

The foundation of every session

Before we work on your goals,
we meet what is real.

In the most crucial moments of life — the transitions, the losses, the silent crises — what people need first is not a strategy. It is to be witnessed. Fully. Without judgment.

From that place of true presence, solutions emerge that no worksheet could have given you.
The story behind the work

Before I was a coach,
I had to survive my own life.

The early wound

I was a shy, deeply sensitive child — the kind the world doesn't quite have a container for. A severe injury left me sitting in darkness for months, cut off from every version of the future I had imagined. It was the first time I had to ask, with real urgency: why does it have to hurt this much?

The monastery turn

The answer I found was the one most high-achievers find — achieve more. I made it into engineering. The emptiness continued. There was a moment when I understood that no further achievement would reach what I was trying to reach. So I turned in a completely different direction and walked into a monastery.

Ten years of formation

Five years in the monasteries of India learning Vedanta, Yoga, and Jyotish. Five more years in the United States, where I spent that same depth of time learning modern transformation psychology — training under Dr. David Wolf and earning my ICF ACC certification. My own suffering became my compass. That compass is now in service of yours.

The work I do is not something I studied.
It is something I lived my way into.

Karuṇā · करुणा

Sanskrit  ·  Compassion in Action

The name is not an accident.

Not sentiment

Karuna means compassion — but not compassion as sentiment, not compassion as pity.

Compassion in action

In the Vedic tradition, Karuna means compassion in action. The kind that moves. The kind that enters the darkness with you and does not look away.

What this work is

That is what this work is. Not a program. Not a process. A living act of compassion applied precisely, at the level where transformation actually happens.

The MILES Signature Model

Miles within. Miles ahead.

The five stages of
real transformation.

Most approaches change your thinking. This work changes you. MILES is the path that takes you all the way down — and all the way through.

Stage 01 M Memory
Release

You are not stuck. You are carrying weight that was never yours to carry.

Stage 02 I Inner
Child

The part of you that got left behind is still waiting — and it runs more than you know.

Stage 03 L Limiting
Beliefs

The cage was built out of conclusions that made sense at the time.

Stage 04 E Emotional
Mastery

You don't need to stop feeling. You need to stop being controlled by what you feel.

Stage 05 S Soul
Purpose

You were not built for a life that just functions. You were built for a life that means something.

You don't have to figure
this out alone.

Whatever brought you here — a transition, a quiet crisis, a feeling that there must be more — it brought you to the right place. The work begins with a single conversation.

Come home
to yourself.
